What is qbo.intuit.com? It is the official web address for QuickBooks Online — Intuit's cloud-based accounting platform. You can sign in from any browser to manage invoices, expenses, payroll, and reports. No software installation is required.
Step 1: Open your browser and go to qbo.intuit.com
Launch Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. In the address bar, type qbo.intuit.com and press Enter. This takes you directly to the QuickBooks Online login page.
Step 2: Click the "Sign In" button
On the QuickBooks homepage, click the green Sign In button at the top right, or you will be taken directly to the login form if you visit the direct URL.
Step 3: Enter your Intuit account email
Type the email address linked to your QuickBooks / Intuit account. This is the same email used when you first signed up. Then click Continue.
Step 4: Enter your password
On the next screen, enter your account password. If you've forgotten it, click Forgot password? to reset it via your email. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Step 5: Complete two-step verification (if enabled)
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on, Intuit will send a 6-digit code to your phone or email. Enter it to proceed. This keeps your financial data secure.
You're signed in — QuickBooks dashboard loads
After successful login, your QuickBooks Online dashboard appears. You can now manage invoices, view reports, track expenses, and run payroll — all from your browser.

Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen. Intuit will email a reset link within minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Login page not loading?
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try incognito mode or a different browser. Confirm that qbo.intuit.com is typed correctly.
Use the mobile app
Download the QuickBooks app on iOS or Android to sign in on the go. Same Intuit credentials work on desktop and mobile.
Multiple companies?
After logging in, QuickBooks shows all companies linked to your account. Click the company name to switch between them easily.
